Location— Bhopal (Full-time position with occasional travel to production units, meet clients, attend industry events, or visit company locations)
Position Overview—
The Marketing and Sales Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing all marketing and sales strategies to promote the products or services being manufactured by the SHGs/SPVs formed by Sathiya Welfare Society and drive revenue growth. This position requires a dynamic leader who can effectively bridge the gap between marketing and sales teams to ensure both departments are aligned and focused on achieving organizational goals. The role involves managing key marketing campaigns, sales initiatives, customer relationships, and market analysis to maximize brand presence and sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition.
• Identify market opportunities and trends through research and competitive analysis.
• Plan and manage marketing campaigns (digital, print, social media, events, etc.) to promote products/services.
• Oversee content creation for marketing materials, including website, brochures, advertisements, and email campaigns.
• Manage the digital presence, including website updates, SEO optimization, social media platforms, and online advertising for all the SPVs
• Collaborate with the creative team to ensure branding and messaging align across all channels.
• Design and implement sales strategies that complement marketing initiatives to enhance customer engagement and conversion.
• Create and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients and partners.
• Provide sales training and support to ensure the team is knowledgeable about products/services and market dynamics.
• Track sales performance and analyze results to refine sales strategies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Collect customer feedback and market data to inform product development and service improvements.
• Develop and manage the marketing and sales budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum ROI.
• Track spending, measure performance, and adjust strategies accordingly to stay within budget.
• Monitor and report on marketing and sales performance, including KPIs such as leads generated, sales conversion rates, and ROI.
• Conduct post-campaign analysis to evaluate success and optimize future initiatives.
• Prepare regular reports for senior management on the progress of sales targets, marketing effectiveness, and market trends.
Eligibility—person who is passionate, willing to learn, having good communication and presentation skill, ability to think strategically and execute tactically, knowledge of digital marketing platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools, can work in team and have the capacity to lead and take decisions with Post graduate degree in management from reputed institution and 2-3 years of relevant work experience with proper references (atleast 2).
Salary & other benefits— INR 30000-45000 per month which can be negotiated based on experience. Tax rule applicable as per organization’s policy.
