Job Description

A Community Facilitator/ Mobilizer is responsible for engaging, supporting, and building relationships within a community, often fostering collaboration, addressing challenges, and ensuring the community thrives in the developmental works of health & Nutrition based project with Anganwadi kendra of Tezpur, Assam.

Community Engagement

• Build and maintain relationships with community members.

• Encourage participation, discussions, and collaboration among members.

• Actively listen to community needs and address concerns promptly.

Communication

• Act as a liaison between the community and the organization.

• Communicate updates, initiatives, and opportunities to the community.

• Experience: - should have the working knowledge with Anganwadi Kendra of Assam & implementation knowledge of 2-3 years minimum on different health programs and ICDS department project.

• Local candidates of Assam (Tezpur), will be preferred.

• Should have own conveyance and driving license.

• 80% Field work.

Note: - Only health/Anganwadi/ICDS based projects experience candidates can apply.

* Candidates should have the knowledge of English, Hindi, Assamese.
