About the Organization

Background: Institute for Global Development (IGD) is undertaking a unique campaign designed for reinforcing message to promote the consumption on iodine deficiency and healthy eating practices. We want to hire an agency for designing report/s of at least 300 pages in English. We would be very grateful to you if you could provide us the quotation of the same.

Scope of Work

This is to bring to your kind attention that we want to hire an agency to design Report (including cover page and back cover) and the document size is A4.

The report (single or a compilation of 3-4) is anticipated to consist of approximately 300 pages or more, though this figure is subject to change.

The Terms of Reference are as follows:

Kindly provide the quotations for each of the above items separately, including GST by November 30th, 2024.

Kindly provide separate quotations for report design per page.

Work must be completed in the given timeline from the date of this order accepted by the vendor.

IGD will pay the amounts to the vendor after the verification application files by IGD and submission of the original invoice.

The taxes will be deducted as per the relevant rules of the Govt. of India.

Others

IGD reserves the right to reject all or any quotation(s), wholly or partly, without assigning any reason whatsoever.

IGD team reserves the right to request the top 3 quotations for an in-person discussion.

IGD reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to conduct negotiations following IGD and/donor’s policies and procedures and to request additional information from prospective Bidders to supplement or clarify any aspect of the proposal documents if such revisions will be in the interest of our programs

Only shortlisted agencies will be contacted.

IGD shall not be legally bound by any award notice issued for this RFQ until an Agreement is duly signed and executed with the winning bidder(s).

Further details will be shared with shortlisted agencies.

Agencies are responsible for the submission of their proposals at their own expense and assume all associated risks. IGD will not make any payments in this regard.

The Agency is obligated to carry out the scope of work diligently and to verify all data with full responsibility.

IGD assumes that the Agency comprehensively understands the scope and objectives of the assignment. Quoted fees are expected to cover all expenses, including applicable taxes. The proposal's validity period shall be 90 days from the submission deadline.

QUOTATION SUBMISSION 

The Agency shall submit quotations separately for this assignment by November 30th, 2024. 

The financial quotations should be sent in soft copy over email at rfp@igdindia.org by November 30, 2024 with subject line “Quotation for Report Designing”. Incomplete applications and applications received after the deadline will not be considered for the selection process. The selection team will only contact applicants who have been shortlisted for the process.

IGD has a policy of erasing all confidential information, ideas/concepts submitted in proposals/applications after the selection process is completed. "Confidentiality of Applicants" IGD shall not be liable to share the list of shortlisted applicants with any party outside the organisation. The organization takes all necessary measures to protect the confidentiality of applicants, and shall not disclose any personal information, process and data related to the application, except as required by law.
