Designation: Manager Marketing and Fundraising

Reporting to: Director Marketing, Awareness and Fund raising

We are looking for someone to lead and coordinate our marketing strategy/execution and project manage our fundraising appeals as well. The role requires someone who is a strong team player to join our prize-winning team. Must possess excellent communication and networking abilities.

Fundraising Manager Responsibilities:

• Management or experience of delivery of a range of appeals from inception to delivery and successful working to deadlines

• Experience in designing marketing plans and activities that deliver on campaign and/or fundraising objectives, with a limited budget, across media platforms

• Design and analysis of market research; ability to apply insight to inform marketing activities

• Ability to build positive relationships, connect with and manage a wide range of stakeholders including different media houses, corporate sponsors, CSR representatives, Internal stakeholders, campaign partners.

• Experience in using IT, database and web skills

• Conducting research on fundraising opportunities.

• Writing funding proposals and submitting these to potential donors post approvals.

• Manage and maintain complete records of monthly, quarterly and annual budgets.

• Coming up with ingenious ways to raise awareness.

• Implementing a variety of strategies and promotional campaigns for awareness and fund raising.

• Should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills

Fundraising Manager Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in PR, Fundraising, or any related field (preferably a master's degree). MBA full time / part time will be preferred.

• 4-5 years of fundraising experience.

• Should have previous experience in NGO Sector /Essential

• Previous experience in marketing is also required / essential.

• Experience in managing a team internal and external as well

• Excellent written, verbal, and telephonic communication skills.

Salary : Rs. 80k to 90k. However it is negotiable.
