Position Information

Office/Project : Patient Provider Support Agency (PPSA)

Designation : Field Coordinator

Reporting Supervisor : Assigned Reporting Authority

Duty Station: Bhiwandi MC, KDMC, Mira Bhayander, Navi Mumbai, Palghar, Raigad, Thane MC, Thane Rural, Vasai Virar, Ulhasnagar

Type : In Person- Consultant Full-time

Total Position Openings : 20

Qualification, Skills & Competencies:

• Graduate/social work with experience of working with government health sector programs for at- least 2-3 years.

• Experience of working on Tuberculosis will be preferred.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Mapping the universe of private sectors doctor’s diagnosis and treating TB Patients.

• Understanding their prescription potential and building the TB patient referral network for these doctors

• Engaging and ensuring high potential doctors and their referral networks become part of the program

• Mapping and engaging chemists and laboratories surrounding target doctors

• Promoting the program through regular in clinic communication as required for call plan

• Ensuring quality execution in terms of detailing and conducting scientific activities to engage doctors

• Managing FDCs at the Hub/Chemists to ensure availability

• Coordinating closely with Community Based Organization (CBO) field staff to ensure seamless delivery of service to TB patients.

• Ensuring Notification of confirm TB cases within the territory by the private providers

• Data collection in reporting as required; validate information collected by Hub agents,

• SCT agents and Treatment Coordinators

• Maintaining confidentiality of the tests and patient related information

• Undertaking any other responsibility assigned by your immediate supervisor for the successful completion of project objectives

Remuneration: The compensation for the above-mentioned position/s will adhere to internal policies and market standards, determined by qualifications, relevant experience, budget availability, internal parity, and interview performance.
