Job Description

We are seeking graduates/12th Pass energetic persons who have ability to mobilize community (18 to 30 years boys and girls) to go for enrolling them for different training courses running in our Livelihood Development Centers (LDC) located on various locations.

• Build the rapport with local key leaders like ward pramukh, teachers, caste leaders, political leaders, ASHA/Anganwadi workers, social workers, SHG leaders etc

• Increasing community awareness by organizing their group meetings, using community mobilization tools like posters, banners, pamphlets, motivational videos etc.

• Motivate community (18 to 30 years boys and girls) for building their skills by enrolling them for different training courses running in our LDCs to get some job placement or engage in self-employment to enhance their livelihood.

• Graduate/12th Pass

• BSW will be given preference

• Should have their own bike

• Good communication skills.
