Jamghat is looking for a motivated and organized Coordinator to lead and manage our initiatives at the Ghazipur Landfill. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about education and community development, with the ability to engage with families and children to create meaningful impact.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct family visits to raise awareness about the importance of education.

Motivate and guide children and families to participate in Jamghat’s Learning Centre programs.

Conduct baseline surveys to assess community needs and identify actionable insights.

Foster a child-friendly and safe environment at the Learning Centre.

Develop and implement art-based educational activities to inspire creativity and learning.

Design and introduce new Teaching-Learning Materials (TLM) tailored to the needs of the children.

Ensure effective management and smooth operation of the Learning Centre, addressing daily requirements.

Build strong relationships with the community to encourage long-term engagement with the program.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience in community outreach, education, or social work.

Strong leadership, organizational, and management skills.

Creative and innovative thinking for developing engaging learning activities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work collaboratively with children, families, and team members.

Proficiency in Hindi is essential; basic English is desirable.

Salary: Rs 25,000 per month
