About the work
The Enabling functions consist of essential, specialised teams that play a crucial role in the overall operations of the Foundation.
People Function
The People Function team handles recruitment, talent engagement, development, compensation and benefits and support for the Azim Premji Foundation. The team also manages the Campus and Fellowship programs. Members of the People function are based in the various districts across the country as well as in Bangalore.

Job Description:
Recruiting skilled and committed professionals, primarily for the Foundation’s work in the areas of Education, Health and Livelihood. The incumbent will be responsible for all aspects of recruitment including sourcing, pre-screening, interview scheduling andcandidate management.
Job Responsibilities:
Involved in end-to-end recruitment cycle including sourcing, pre-screening, interview scheduling & coordination
Responsible for sourcing candidates as per the requirements through various sources, including but not limited to referrals, jobs portals, social media campaigns
Shortlisting potential candidates as per criteria and conducting telephonic and/or personal interview.
Ability to communicate effectively to potential candidates about the philosophy and vision of the Foundation
Effectively communicate the job description of the open position.
Manage and coordinate all communication with candidates.
Generating, updating and managing candidate database on day-to-day basis.
Develop and maintain a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates that meet the scope of jobs.
Build networks to find qualified passive candidates.
Generating recruitment MIS reports on a timely basis.
Qualification and Experience:
3-5 years of recruitment experience. Prior experience of handling recruitment / programs for social sector will be an added advantage.
A post-graduate qualification in HR will be desirable
Proficiency in English, Hindi
Proficiency in MS-Office
