Position Information

Office/Project: Patient Provider Support Agency (PPSA)

Designation: MIS

Reporting Supervisor: Assigned Reporting Authority

Duty Station*: Maharashtra

Qualification, Skills & Competencies:

• Graduate/social work with experience of working with government health sector programs for at- least 2-3 years.

• ADCA- Advance Diploma in Computer Application

• Experience of working on Tuberculosis will be preferred.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Regularly updating the all the register such as Attendance, Notification, FDC & Asset Register.

• Responsible for planning and execution of all the data management related work of the Project.

• Responsible for liasoning with the team on ground to collect, store and process the data to ensure the better implementation of the project.

• Reviewing all documents and information for accuracy and informing the supervisor of any

• errors or inconsistencies.

• Capturing data into digital databases and performing regular backups.

• Updating and maintaining databases, archives, and filing systems.

• Monitoring and reviewing databases and correcting errors or inconsistencies.

• Updating Treatment Card of the patients.

• Completing the documentation (such as, prescription, test findings, UDST, HIV, DM reports, Bank details, Aadhar Card, Treatment Card) within the given timeline.

• Maintain the documentation block wise & doctor wise for smooth validation.

• Generating and exporting data reports, spreadsheets, and documents as needed.

• Performing clerical duties such as filing, monitoring office supplies, scanning, and printing as needed.

• Logistic management of FDC drug, consumables.

• Timely indent of consumables.

• Work on Nikshay Aushadhi as per instruction of FDC Supply Chain Manager.

• Working closely with the reporting manager to update, maintain and managing the data.

• Maintains confidentiality of the tests and patient related information.

• Undertaking any other responsibility assigned by the immediate supervisor for the successful completion of project objective.

Remuneration: The compensation for the above-mentioned position/s will adhere to internal policies and market standards, determined by qualifications, relevant experience, budget availability, internal parity, and interview performance.
