Job Title: HR & Logistic Support Associate

Job Description:
We are currently seeking a motivated and organized individual for the position of Logistic, HR Support, and IT Support.
Objective:
The primary objective of this role is to provide logistical, HR, and IT support for the smooth execution of organizational activities, including training schedules, employee management, and IT
troubleshooting.
Responsibilities:
1. Logistic Support
Plan and coordinate travel and accommodation for staff and visitors.
Organize logistics for meetings, workshops, and training sessions.
Oversee and manage courier and shipment processes for timely delivery and distribution of materials.
2. HR Support
Assist the HR Manager in planning and scheduling training programs.
Maintain and regularly update training logs and employee records.
Support recruitment processes by coordinating interviews and documentation.
Facilitate onboarding processes for new employees and ensure proper compliance with organizational policies.
3. IT and AI Support
Provide basic troubleshooting for IT-related issues, including hardware and software.
Maintain and manage IT inventory and systems to ensure smooth operations.
Implement and manage AI tools and technologies to streamline HR, logistics, and other organizational processes.
Coordinate with external vendors for advanced IT support and system maintenance.
General Office Support
Assist in daily office tasks and provide support for team members across departments as needed.
Ensure the smooth functioning of administrative operations and maintain office documentation.
Qualifications and Skills:
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, with a strong IT and AI background or a related field.
Experience:
2–4 years of experience in HR support, logistics, or IT-related roles.
Demonstrated experience or knowledge of AI tools and technologies to enhance operational workflows.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Basic to intermediate understanding of IT systems, troubleshooting, and AI-based solutions.
Female candidate is preferable
Gross Salary:
The gross salary for this position ranges from Rs. 25,000 to 30,000/- per month, based on the candidate's qualifications and experience.
Contract Duration:
Initially, the contract is for one year, with the possibility of an extension based on performance evaluations.
Benefits:
Provident Fund (PF): Applicable after completing the probationary period.
Medical Insurance (Mediclaim): Eligibility begins after completing one year with the organization.
These benefits are subject to performance appraisals and adherence to organizational policies and procedures.
