We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Content and Communications Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in producing high-quality, engaging content that raises awareness about Hemophilia Disorder and supports our organization’s mission. The role encompasses a variety of responsibilities, including creating informative materials, managing communication strategies, and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create press releases, press kits, annual reports, newsletters, and case studies that are informative and engaging.
• Conduct extensive research to develop comprehensive study materials, training modules, posters, social media content, and survey reports.
• Plan and manage design and production of all communication collateral.
• Ensure all content is publication-ready and aligned with the organization’s objectives.
• Collaborate with various departments to generate innovative ideas and strategies.
• Develop communication and marketing strategies for programs, workshops, and meetings.
• Engage with PR and media agencies for event coverage.
Document EC Meeting and AGM minutes.
• Craft compelling case studies and articles for publications.
• Produce strong content supporting fundraising initiatives consistent with the organization’s vision and mission.
• Collaborate with management to create appealing project proposals.
• Coordinate with the Resource/Programs Team for offline and online fundraising communications.
• Generate impactful social media posts focusing on fundraising efforts.
• Maintain regular media contact regarding organizational events.
Prepare fundraising materials such as brochures and flyers.
• Work with various HFI stakeholders, including chapters.
Required Skills:
• Strong writing, communication, and presentation skills.
• Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
• Experience in media and public relations.
• Proficient in content creation across diverse formats and platforms (print, digital, social media).

Education and Experience:

• Expertise in creating informative annual reports and newsletters.
• Proficient in designing case studies, success stories, and communication strategies.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Proficiency in English and Hindi.
