Your Role

• Completion of all BLD with good quality.

• Regular Home visits and child to child tracking.

• Formation of children collectives and Adolescent collectives

. • Formation of Community based Organizations and its capacity building

. • Organizing various parents and community meetings.

• Community facilitation and Mobilization.

• Identifying and building rapport with the stakeholders.

• Linking of children and families with relevant social security schemes.

• Identifying drop out and never been to school children and ensuring there are enrolment in schools.

• Ensure enrolment and retention of children in schools.

• Ensure maximum grade transition of children from different grades.

• Identify child labour and mainstreamed them in schools.

• Aspiration mapping of children in sports activities to prevent them fall in vices of addiction

• Prepare a monthly report on the basis of day-to-day activity.

You:

Any Graduates with 1-2 years of relevant experience in Field/Social work can apply. Fluency and articulation of the Hindi & Marathi language is a must.
