Job Description:

1. Ensure overall project management as per the proposal across the allocated locations

2. Implementation of the project as per methodology and gantt chart designed

3. Prompt action and management of other activities not mentioned in proposal/project design

4. Ensure all project manpower at place at all point of time, manage identification and recruitment

5. Ensure HR and Organizational policy is intact and followed diligently

6. Capacity building of supervisor and Community resource person

7. Coordinating and Liaisoning with stakeholders (Internal and external) at village level, taluka level and district level

8. Undertaking monthly supervisory/monitoring visits to villages as per monthly plan

9. Collating all the data from villages as per time frame and updating the project trackers monthly

10. Timely collection, checking and submission of all the forms at relevant departments/conducting camps as per design

11. Ensure and prepare PD Sheet, monthly, quarterly and annual reports and submitting to the Reporting Officer along with PPT 12. Preparation of case studies, films etc.

13. Update and apprise the project and head office team regarding any new schemes or services

14. Ensure budgetary compliance and track and provide monthly budget Vs. utilization for decision making to the Reporting Officer

15. Provide inputs to other projects of the department as per requirement

16. Any other work delegated by the organization
