Job Role: Office Administrator or Office Assistant with direct reporting to the CEO as a Personal Assistant/Secretary (PA/PS)
Key Responsibilities:
• Update and maintain database information as required.
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and other correspondence.
• Organize and maintain both electronic and physical files and records.
• Schedule meetings, appointments, and coordinate travel arrangements for team members.
• Assist in the preparation of office documents, presentations, and spreadsheets.
• Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
The founder of Hope Ek A.S.H.A., Dr. Sushma Chawla, who is a medical doctor practicing in Greater Kailash, New Delhi since 1980, established this NGO to aid Senior Citizens suffering from Alzheimer Disease and their caregivers since 2001.
