About VARHAD

• The organization is implementing a large-scale PrEP-related project aimed at expanding access, utilization, and awareness of Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis (PrEP) across India.
• This project involves overseeing multiple Community Access Points (CAPs) and ensuring effective counselling and linkage to PrEP provider and data reporting to achieve program goals.

Main Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for overall implementation of M&E framework and systems of the project.

• Develop data management tools, dashboards, analytics frameworks, and innovations to ensure continuous and harmonized data collection, validation, analysis for monitoring and evaluation of program performance.

• Support the standardization of data collection formats and provide technical inputs on the Management Information System (MIS) architecture and roadmap.

• Regularly analyze the data captured in the MIS and provide summary of findings and recommendations.

• Guide project staff and partners in implementing and preparing their progress reports.

• Maintain and administer the M&E database; analyse and aggregate findings.

• Collect data on a regular basis to measure achievement against the performance indicators.

• Conduct program evaluation and prepare strategic documents/reports.

• Conduct innovative/operation research in thematic area and prepare reports to provide programmatic insights.

• Disseminate the learning through presentations and publications.

• Conduct regular trainings of project staff and CBOs to strengthen understanding of data systems and reporting.

• Responsible to provide monthly, quarterly reports to donor agency and data sharing with partners/stakeholders.

• Support the compilation of information, including workshop reports, quarterly and annual reports and review and re-planning reports.

• Contribute to public health research study design and execution, including the design of sampling methodologies, determination of study sample sizes, collection of management and analysis of study data.

Minimum Qualifications and skills required

• Master’s degree in statistics, population studies (Demography), public health

• Minimum 3 years work experience as a data analyst.

• Working experience on analytical software packages (SPSS/ STATA)

• Experience in working on large data sets, data validation and quality checks

• Excellent written and oral communication, liaison, and negotiation skills

• Self-motivated, with a strong ability and drive to lead project activities independently with minimal supervision.

• Display a clear commitment to community work.
