• REAP, founded in 1998, is an NGO committed to empowering marginalized communities through education.
• Operating in Mumbai, Kalwa, Thane, and rural Maharashtra, our focus areas include foundational learning, STEM education, digital literacy, and community outreach, with special attention to underprivileged children and girls' education.

Role Overview:

• We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Fundraising Officer to secure funding and foster donor relationships to sustain and expand REAP’s impactful programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute effective fundraising plans.
• Identify potential donors and establish partnerships with philanthropic organizations and corporates.
• Prepare grant applications, donor proposals, and impactful communication materials.
• Organize donor events and engagement activities.
• Maintain a donor database and ensure consistent communication.
• Innovate and diversify fundraising strategies to meet financial goals.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
• 1-3 years of experience in fundraising or donor engagement (nonprofit experience preferred).
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience with grant writing and CSR collaborations is advantageous.
