Job Description

Key Responsible Area ( KRA) :

1.Advocacy and Strategic Planning.

2. Proposal writing and Resource mobilization.

3. Guiding and monitoring Prog. Manager and Prog. Coordinators.

4. Creating Organisational visibility and managing social media.

5. Handle all the requirements of Government and funding agencies reports and communication.

6 Developing a Skill development training centre.

7. Ensuring Smooth functioning of all project.

8. Assisting the director in program and organisation development Education Background: Post-Graduation in MSW , Law , MBA.

Work Experience:

• Experience of working in Child development sector for the last 5 years.

• Experience of Working as Asst. Director post at least 3 years.

• Experience in working in Advocacy issues.

• Experience of social media.

• Good knowledge of JJ ACT and Child Protection and Law .

Skills:

• Good knowledge of computer - Windows and Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel)

• Fluency in reading , writing & documenting in English and Hindi language .• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and oral in English & Hindi.

Competencies:

• High level of analytical skill & conceptual thinking

• Advanced knowledge in writing Project proposals and Documentations.

• knowledge in ICPS , JJ ACT , CWC & Child Rights

• Ability to multi task

• Highly motivated, responsible, self-directed and resourceful
