• Jal Seva Charitable Foundation (JSCF)/ WaterAid India (WAI) invites password protected tender for the "Design, Development, Implementation and Maintenance of Advanced Grievance Redressal System" on turnkey basis as per the specifications and terms and conditions mentioned in the RFP document.
• Interested Bidders must submit their proposal online via email to ID WAIProcurementBihar@wateraid.org no later than 17.00 Hrs on 25 Dec’2024.

7. Any reputed Companies or MSME System Integrator having similar experience as stated in RFP and registered under any Indian Laws may participate in tender.

8. The Bidder should be an established IT services company, and should have been in operation for a period of at least 2 years & should be a profitable vendor for the last three years as on 31st March 2024 and must have an average annual turnover of not less than INR Fifty (50) lakh in last three financial years from IT services and should be eligible as per eligibility criteria as mentioned in RFP (Request for Proposal).

8.  The blank RFP can be downloaded from www.devnetjobsindia.org and duly filled document (Technical Bid) can be email at WAIProcurementBihar@wateraid.org. It is also essential to submit password protected Financial Bid along with Technical Bid as separate attachment.

9. Detailed Terms and Conditions of Tender will be enclosed along with the RFP (Bidding Document) and will be binding on the bidders.

10. The Bidders are advised to visit work site before submission of tender to study local conditions, availability of man power and materials, etc.

11. The undersigned has right to extend or accept or reject the tender.

12. For further details bidders may contact the undersigned on any working day.

13. No claim shall be entertained because of disruption of internet service being used by the bidders. Bidders are advised to upload their bids well in advance to avoid last minute technical.
