We aim to create a supportive environment where girls can enhance their computer skills while also promoting awareness and advocacy on social issues affecting their communities.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Girls Computer Trainer cum Social Activist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing computer training to young girls and engaging them in social activism activities that foster leadership and community development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct computer training sessions for girls, focusing on practical skills and digital literacy.

• Develop curriculum and training materials tailored to the needs of the students.

• Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment that encourages participation.

• Organize workshops and events that address social issues and empower students to become advocates for change.

• Collaborate with local communities and organizations to promote the importance of girls’ education and empowerment.

• Monitor and evaluate students’ progress and provide feedback for improvement.

• Actively participate in community outreach programs to raise awareness about girls’ rights and education.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Education, Social Work, or a related field.

• Experience in teaching or training, particularly in computer skills, is preferred.

• Strong understanding of social issues affecting girls and women in the community.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Passionate about education and social activism.

• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups.
