Job Description for Corporate Partnership-
Job Overview:
- The Corporate Partnership Manager will play a critical role in developing and managing strategic partnerships with corporations, aligning their business goals with social and environmental objectives. You will be responsible for cultivating long-term relationships with corporate partners to support the firm’s CSR initiatives, including sustainability programs, community development projects, and social impact campaigns. This position requires a strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and a passion for social impact.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Partnership Development:
- Identify and engage with potential corporate partners to establish strategic alliances that support CSR goals.
- Conduct research on industry trends to identify companies that align with the firm’s mission and CSR objectives.
- Prepare and present partnership proposals that outline the benefits of collaboration and the potential social impact.
2. Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective corporate partners.
- Act as the primary point of contact for corporate partners, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Manage partnership agreements, including timelines, deliverables, and reporting.
- Monitor and evaluate the success of partnerships, ensuring they meet mutual objectives.
3. Strategic Planning:
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategic CSR campaigns that appeal to corporate partners.
- Work with marketing and communications teams to promote corporate partnerships and the impact of CSR initiatives.
- Develop innovative partnership models that create shared value for the firm and its corporate partners.
4. CSR Program Support:
- Assist in the design and execution of CSR programs, ensuring alignment with corporate partners’ business strategies and social impact goals.
- Coordinate and manage corporate volunteer programs, employee engagement activities, and joint initiatives.
- Measure the social and environmental impact of partnership programs and provide regular reports to corporate partners.
5. Fundraising & Resource Mobilization:
- Work closely with corporate partners to secure funding for CSR projects.
- Explore opportunities for cause-related marketing and corporate sponsorship.
6. Compliance and Reporting:
- Ensure all corporate partnerships comply with ethical standards, legal regulations, and the firm's CSR policies.
- Provide detailed reports on the performance and outcomes of partnerships, including impact metrics and financial performance.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in corporate partnerships, business development, or CSR- related roles.
- Proven track record in developing successful corporate partnerships.
- Strong understanding of CSR principles, sustainability, and social impact.
- Excellent negotiation, networking, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong project management skills with attention to detail and deadlines.
- Ability to think strategically and develop creative solutions.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and data analysis.
- Experience in CSR, sustainability, or nonprofit space is a plus
