Job location :- #Ranchi

The job responsibilities of project support staff / Assistant involve providing administrative, logistical, and operational assistance to ensure the smooth execution of projects. Their specific duties may vary depending on the organization's industry and the project's nature.

• Organizing and maintaining project documentation, office maintenance, such as reports, schedules, and contracts.

• Coordinating with team members, clients, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of tasks.

• Ordering and managing project-related supplies and materials.

• Assisting in data collection, entry the data in prescribed format in word , excel, MS Office.

• ensuring adherence to deadlines and project standards.

• Coordinate/ assist the Manager in multiple office works i.e Filling, data maintenance, record keeping .

• Should be ready for Field Work.

Education Qualification:-

• Experience graduate candidate can apply (Rural development back ground candidates will be preferred)

• Salary 14-15K per month

• Should have the working knowledge of Microsoft office and data entry .

• should have own bike .
