Role Overview: We are looking for a Project Manager (Communication Specialist) to promote organization best practices, developing information, education & communication (I.E.C.) campaigns, drive communication objectives & events related to Project. To work for Knowledge documentation and dissemination; and strategic communications management.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
Government Stakeholder Engagement: Develop and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders within the State Education Department, including officials, policymakers, and program managers.
Program Alignment: Ensure alignment between the organization's program and the State's Open School Program objectives, collaborating with government counterparts to identify areas of synergy and opportunities for collaboration.
Strategic Planning: Contribute to the development of strategic plans and initiatives within the PMU, incorporating government priorities and objectives into program design and implementation. Plan for Government Schemes convergence for open schools fee waiver.
Government Reporting: Prepare regular reports and updates on program activities, achievements, and challenges for government stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability in program implementation.
Capacity Building: Provide training and capacity-building support to government staff and partners involved in program implementation, fostering a shared understanding of program goals and strategies.
Monitoring and Evaluation: Collaborate with government counterparts to establish monitoring and evaluation mechanisms to track program progress and outcomes, facilitating data-driven decision-making.
Collaboration and Networking: Represent the organization in government meetings, workshops, and other forums, fostering collaboration and networking opportunities with relevant stakeholders.
Apply if you have:
Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Political Science or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
Minimum of 5-6 years of experience in roles related to government relations policy comprehension, operations in underserved areas, and providing support in the implementation of educational strategies.
Fluency in Hindi and proficiency in English and regional languages preferred.
