Sr. Manager - Partnerships, KSWA
Location: Bandra E, Mumbai City, Mumbai Suburbs, Mmr, Mumbai
Purpose The Manager - Partnerships will play a pivotal role in developing and managing strategic partnerships with NGOs/Social entrepreneurs to enhance the organization’s skill development initiatives. The role involves identifying potential collaborators, fostering relationships, and driving mutually beneficial programs that align with the organization's mission.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and establish strategic partnerships with NGOs / Social Entrepreneurs.
• Negotiate and formalize Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) and agreements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential partners.
• Act as a primary point of contact for key stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
• Monitor the progress and impact of partnership initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and gaps in the skill development ecosystem.
• Leverage insights to create innovative partnership strategies.
• Work closely with internal teams, including operations to ensure successful program execution.
• Provide regular updates to senior management on partnership progress and outcomes.
• Develop proposals and presentations to pitch partnership opportunities.
• Ensure all partnership agreements comply with legal and organizational standards.
• Prepare detailed reports and dashboards on partnership activities and performance metrics.
Requirements
• Graduate with minimum 1 years of experience in any business environment. Work experience in Franchise management/ appointment desirable
• Excellent Proposal making skills
• Understanding of Financial Projection
• Excellent relationship Management skills
• Process Orientation
• Good Communication skills. Knowledge of Marathi & Hindi desirable
• Conversant with MSOffice
Indicative Salary Range Rs.40000 – 50000 per month
Key Points:
The candidate needs to understand that he/she would be working in the social sector. Empathy is an essential trait. Should have the ability to work in an unstructured/fluid environment.

Yuva Parivartan has evolved into the most significant achievement of KSWA and focusses on two main areas, vocational training and community engagement. Vocational training is carried out through our 40 Livelihood Development Centers.
