Responsibilities
1. Study drawings and estimates of projects submitted by various line Departments
2. Supervise various construction activities taken up under the Projects implemented by Social Action for Rural Development (SARDA)
3. Ensure that the construction complies with the drawing and estimates approved
4. Asses the value of work done and approved Bills & Vouchers for the release of funds to the implementing agencies.
5. Field visits and monitoring of projects undertaken by SARDA
6. Report to the Team Leader, Planning and Monitoring Unit (PMU)
7. Any other duties as may be assigned by Social Action for Rural Development (SARDA)

2. Designing models and drawing structural diagrams by using software tools.
3. Strong analytical skills, ability to think strategically, analyze diverse information, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
4. Ability to communicate ideas clearly and confidently, articulate issues, and recommend solutions.
5. Proven ability to identify innovations and translate them into implementable practices
6. Competencies in usage of IT tools including proficiency in MS Office suit.
Strong oral and writing skills in English/Hindi with effective documentation skill
7. The ability to communicate in the local language is desirable.
Qualification & Experience
1. Diploma/BE/B. Tech in Civil Engineering/Bachelor of Architecture and relevant work experience of at least 3 years for the Diploma and at least 2 years experience for four years of degree courses, experience shall be in design, execution, and supervision of civil engineering and building construction projects.
2. Preference will be given to a candidate who has at least 2 years of experience in Government related projects.
3. Proficiency in Auto CAD, CATIA, or equivalent software packages is desirable.
REMUNERATION:
4. The deputation will be based on the qualification, experience, last salary drawn, and Interview.
5. Starting Salary Range will be Negotiable/Depending upon the Interview Held/Knowledge and Experience.
6. The additional benefits of Travelling Allowance, etc. will be provided as per the organizational norms.
