1 Hiring of agency/ organization for carrying out the technical & financial feasibility study for operations of multi- specialty hospital in Dahej industrial area in Vagra taluka of Bharuch district of Gujarat

Deepak Foundation invites Technical and Financial tenders from the competent consultancy agencies/ Organizations for “carrying out the technical & financial feasibility study for operations of multi- specialty hospital in Dahej area of Vagra taluka of Bharuch district of Gujarat”.

Introduction:

Deepak Foundation wants to establish a multi- speciality hospital in Dahej area of Bharuch district of Gujarat. DF invites proposal from consulting agencies/ research agencies/ Organizations to conduct a feasibility study before initiating the project.

Purpose:

To conduct a feasibility study for operations of a multispecialty hospital in the Dahej Industrial area of Bharuch, Gujarat

Objectives:

Identify key health services needed in the area

Assessing the appropriateness and accessibility of the location for a Multispecialty Hospital.

Analyzing the viability of the proposed site for the healthcare facility.

Recognizing health challenges unique to industrial employees, including occupational risks such as respiratory ailments, injuries, and mental health issues.

Determining the necessary specialties to be offered by the healthcare facility based on the location's needs.

Identifying significant deficiencies in the private healthcare services available within the designated catchment area.

Submission of proposal:

Your Proposal must consist of the following four separate documents:

Pre-Qualification Information (Details about the organization including registration, team structure and past experiences)

Technical Proposal.

Financial Proposal.

Proposals must be prepared in English.

Your Proposal must be submitted in PDF format.

Your Proposal must be submitted by email to Deepak Foundation at deepakfoundation@deepakfoundation.org only on or before the due date and time. The subject heading of the email shall be [RFP Number– bidder name]. The bidder’s name is the name of the company/organization on whose behalf you are submitting the Proposal.
