Location: ATS Bouquet, Sector 132, Noida/ Work from office

Experience: 5-6 years

CTC : Upto Rs 7.2 Lakhs ( as per experience and competency level)

Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition & Onboarding:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring timely hiring of skilled talent.

• Oversee onboarding and induction programs for new employees.

Performance Management:

• Support the execution of the Performance Management System (PMS).

• Assist in performance reviews, goal-setting processes, and feedback mechanisms.

Learning & Development:

• Identify training needs across teams and facilitate training programs.

• Coordinate with external trainers or agencies for L&D initiatives.

Employee Engagement & Culture Building:

• Plan and implement employee engagement activities to foster team collaboration and morale.

• Act as a culture ambassador, ensuring alignment with the organization’s values.

HR Policies & Compliance:

• Ensure proper implementation of HR policies and processes.

• Stay updated with labor laws and statutory compliances and ensure adherence.

Employee Relations:

• Address and resolve employee grievances and concerns proactively.

• Build strong relationships with employees across levels to foster trust and transparency.

HR Operations:

• Maintain employee records and HR documentation accurately.

• Prepare and analyze HR reports and dashboards for decision-making.

Essential Skills:

• Strong understanding of HR processes, policies, and compliance requirements

• Proven experience in recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with HR tools/software

Qualifications:

• PGDBM/MBA with specialization in HR from a recognized institution
