Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities of the POs

School Mapping: Need to identify Schools to achieve/reach the total NK count as per 2.0 data and donor requirement.

Profiling: Should ensure that SA’s maintain the profile bank as per the donor requirement and cross verify the profiles submitted. Accordingly need to approve or reject the profiles in the PO portal.

Engagement with the stakeholders: Should engage with govt. stakeholders and other direct and indirect stakeholders while strengthening partnerships and ensuring outcomes of the programs are timely met.

Monitoring of the SAs: Tracking SA’s performance and creating a mechanism to monitor their presence in the schools on a daily basis.

Monitoring visit to the ASCs: Monitoring ASC’s and observing the trainings for both In- School & After school components, maintaining the In-school and After school manual attendance, Log book of the SA’s. Communicating with school authorities to understand if they have any concerns, requirements or feedback on the SA.

Donor Visits: Planning and presence of the PO during Donor visit is a must. Providing details of the identified schools for Donor visit with the support and inputs from the SA (who are to be present during the visits) has to be done prior to the planned visit. 

Sports activities: Ensure Sport activities i.e Village level & District level Toofaan games, football league matches (depending on location) are conducted by the SA’s within the timelines while ensuring the results of any Sport activities are added/uploade in the SA app.

Capacity building: Organizing training programs for the SA’s focused on the skilling component on a regular basis.

Dropouts & Replacement profiles: Cross verifying, reporting & documenting the dropout list shared by the SA through SA app are to be efficiently maintained via collection of supporting documents (Consent forms, Transfer certificates, Death reports, Enrollment receipt, etc). Furthermore, ensuring that the replacement profiles are shared along with the dropout approvals on the same day.

In-school Calendar: Ensure the Training calendar from Schools are provided on time along with the route map and other logistical details with the PM upon consultations with the SA and AFO’s at least a week in advance.

After School Program: Ensure that the Sports activities are being conducted on daily basis by the SA(s) and SA’s are efficiently engaging all the NKs(batch-wise).

NK kit indent: Ensure details of NK’s are provided to the commercial team for the Kits before the given deadlines. Strengthening team coordination to ensure accurate route maps are provided to the commercial team.

Monthly attendance: Share the manual attendance maintained by the SA to the NKDS team on a monthly basis.

Team Coordination- Organize regular monthly meetings, preparing months plan for the team/location and adhering to it.

Review Meeting: Organize Review meeting with the SA once every month and validate their MPR, case study and data’s.

Budgets: Review the monthly expenses and budget prepared by the AFO and ensuring the AFO shares approval emails to the Head of Operations on a timely manner.

Asset inventory: Regularly Review the inventories maintained by the DLO & AFO.

Media Management: Ensure their location has a shared drive within their teams where photo and video documentation of events, activities, day to day activities are being maintained and regularly updated.

DOCUMENTS TO MAINTAIN:

Monthly Reports- Prepare monthly report including photos and shared with the NKDS team timely. (As per donor requirement)

Case Studies - Prepare case studies as per the format shared by the NKDS team and ensuring the reports are being submitted timely every month.

Quarterly report: Prepare quarterly reports and share with the RO, NKDS and Govt. officials.

Event report: Prepare event wise reports (training/donor visit etc) and share the reports.

Ensure that the beneficiaries database (NK contact / School contacts with proper details) is regularly updated and maintained by the AFO.
