Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join as General Duty Assistant (GDA) Interns. This internship provides hands-on training under the guidance of a Master Trainer, equipping candidates with essential skills in patient care and hospital assistance. Interns will receive a stipend of ?4,000 per month along with free food and accommodation. Successful candidates will be hired for a permanent role upon completion of training.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist healthcare professionals in daily patient care and hygiene maintenance.

Support nursing staff in handling medical equipment and basic procedures.

Ensure cleanliness and safety in patient areas.

Help in patient mobility and comfort under supervision.

Learn and implement healthcare protocols as guided by the Master Trainer.

Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum 10th or 12th pass qualification.

Interest in the healthcare sector and willingness to learn.

Physically fit and able to handle caregiving responsibilities.
