Service Executive
Key Responsibilities:
Outbound and Inbound Calls: Making outbound calls to generate sales leads and handling inbound customer queries.
Relationship Building: Establishing and maintaining positive relationships with clients, addressing their needs and concerns, and ensuring their satisfaction.
Communication Management: Distributing important information, updates, and announcements to relevant parties, ensuring clear and timely communication.
Problem Resolution: Handling customer issues and challenges, acting as a liaison between the company and clients to find solutions.
Process Oversight: Monitoring and tracking process performance, identifying and implementing process improvements, and ensuring consistency across departments.
Coordination: Coordinating meetings, calls, and other either with internal or external parties, ensuring schedules are aligned.
Record Keeping: Maintaining records of communications, agreements, and interactions, ensuring an organized trail of all correspondence.
Support and Training: Providing support to clients and team members, answering questions, helping, and training staff in process execution.
Qualifications:
Fluent communication skills in Bengali, English and Hindi
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Comfortable with the use of MS Excel, or other software.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building abilities.
