Job Summary:

The National Institute of Education and Development is looking for an experienced Soft Skills Trainer to conduct training sessions that enhance trainees' communication, interpersonal, and professional skills. The trainer will be responsible for developing training modules, mentoring students, and ensuring they acquire the necessary soft skills to succeed in their careers.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and deliver soft skills training programs covering communication, teamwork, leadership, time management, emotional intelligence, and workplace ethics.

Conduct interactive workshops to improve trainees’ confidence, presentation, and problem-solving skills.

Train students on resume writing, interview preparation, and professional etiquette.

Assess trainee performance and provide personalized feedback for improvement.

Use role-playing, group discussions, and real-world scenarios to make training engaging and practical.

Collaborate with technical trainers to integrate soft skills training with technical skill development.

Stay updated with industry trends and continuously improve training content.

Maintain training records and report trainee progress to management.

Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum Experience: 3 years in soft skills training, personality development, or corporate training.

Expertise in: Effective communication, public speaking, leadership development, and workplace behavior.

Training Skills: Ability to engage, motivate, and mentor trainees of different backgrounds.

Problem-Solving: Strong ability to assess trainee needs and tailor training accordingly.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English.

Adaptability: Ability to work with students from diverse fields and skill levels.

Education & Certifications:

Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Communication, Psychology, HR, Education, or a related field.

Certification in Soft Skills Training, Personality Development, or NLP (preferred).

Experience in corporate training, career coaching, or professional development is an advantage.

Salary & Benefits:

Maximum Salary: Rs 30,000 per month (based on experience and skills).
