HR's role is multifaceted, and understanding the legal landscape is essential for maintaining a compliant and supportive work environment.
The HR Manager is directly responsible for managing all HFCF employees' life cycles and implementing nonprofit employment policies that provide a safe and productive workplace for them.
Expert in recruiting people, managing the selection process, developing staff training, maintaining employee records, and assisting volunteers and interns.
HR should be well-versed in the PoSH Act and should have expertise in developing and executing training programs related to various policies (such as PoSH, workplace ethics, etc.) and the professional development of employees.
NEW: Provide support to the CEO for all statutory compliances and Governance and Assist in board and founder relations, including scheduling, document preparation and logistics for board meetings.
