Profile-Trainer
Location-Seelampur,Moujpur -North East Delhi
Key Responsibilities:
1. Training Delivery & Facilitation
Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions on retail skills, including customer service, sales, and store operations.
Use a mix of theoretical and practical training methods, including role-playing, case studies, and real-life simulations.
Ensure training is aligned with industry standards and employer expectations.
2. Curriculum Development
Develop and update training materials, presentations, and assessment tools.
Incorporate real-world retail scenarios into training for hands-on learning.
Adapt training content to meet the needs of different learners.
3. Learner Assessment & Progress Tracking
Evaluate trainees through tests, role-plays, and practical demonstrations.
Provide feedback and guidance to improve their skills and confidence.
Maintain accurate records of trainees’ attendance, performance, and progress.
4. Industry Engagement & Job Placement Support
Stay updated on retail industry trends and employer requirements.
Collaborate with recruiters and retail businesses to link trained candidates with job opportunities.
Guide trainees on resume building, interview preparation, and workplace readiness.
5. Reporting & Documentation
Submit training progress reports and feedback to management.
Ensure compliance with training guidelines and organizational policies.
Collect success stories and impact assessments for program improvement.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong knowledge of the retail sector, customer service, and sales techniques.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to engage and motivate learners from diverse backgrounds.
Strong organizational and record-keeping abilities.
Passion for skill development and youth empowerment.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Retail Management, Business, Hospitality, or a related field (preferred).
2+ years of experience in retail training, sales, or store management.
Prior experience as a trainer or mentor is a plus.
Certification in training & development (TOT) is an advantage.

Currently we are running 5 Contact Point where some children are attending the formal classes in their slum are place in Delhi slums area. We are focusing on slums children which are not going to any formal school lack of many Personal or other circumstances from the family
Second, we are running skill development project to develop and trained to youth for job purpose by using own module:
1) Life skills session for personality development improvement.
2) Individual Counseling about to know more about youth and suggest better about their aspiration
3) Basic IT and English training
4) Conduct campus Interview and placement as youth aspiration
5)Post placement tracking.

2) Ac repairing Training with Whirlpool
3) Basic Karigar Training with Raymonds
4) Basic Training for PWD with EFICOR
