Position: General Physician

Project: Clinic on wheels

Location: Bahraich & Balrampur districts, Uttar Pradesh

Employment Type: Full-Time

Experience: Minimum 2-5 years (Preferred in Primary Healthcare or Rural Health Services)

Qualification: MBBS (Registered with MCI/State Medical Council)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated General Physician to provide primary healthcare services through our Mobile Clinic on wheels Project. The role involves traveling to underserved areas, diagnosing and treating common ailments, promoting preventive healthcare, and ensuring community well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide primary healthcare services to patients in remote and underserved areas through MMU OPD’s.

• Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic illnesses.

• Conduct health screenings, routine check-ups, and medical consultations.

• Prescribe medications and basic treatments as per protocols.

• Coordinate with paramedical staff, pharmacist, and driver for smooth MMU operations.

• Maintain medical records, patient history, and reports for compliance.

• Educate patients on disease prevention, nutrition, hygiene, and family planning.

• Identify and refer cases requiring specialist care.

• Participate in health awareness campaigns and outreach programs.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong clinical and diagnostic skills.

• Ability to work in rural/field settings.

• Good communication and patient counseling skills.

• Team player with a problem-solving approach.

• Willingness to travel as per project needs.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

• Experience in public health, rural healthcare, or government projects is an advantage.

• Certification in Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine, or Community Health is preferred.
