Position: Paramedical Staff / Nurse

Project: Clinic on wheels

Location: Bahraich & Balrampur, Uttar Pradesh

Employment Type: Full-Time

Experience: Minimum 1-3 years (Preferred in Primary Healthcare or Rural Health Services)

Qualification: Diploma/Bachelor’s in Nursing (GNM/B.Sc. Nursing) or Paramedical Sciences (ANM, DMLT, etc.), Registered with State Council.

Job Summary:

We are looking for committed Paramedical Staffs/Nurses to support the Clinic on wheels Project by assisting doctors, providing patient care, and conducting medical outreach in underserved areas. The role involves basic medical support, patient counseling, emergency care, and coordination within the MMU team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the doctor in patient care, examination, and treatment.

• Conduct basic health check-ups (BP, Sugar, Temperature, Pulse, etc.).

• Administer medications, injections, dressings, and first aid as per doctor's instructions.

• Support in maternal & child healthcare, immunization, and nutrition counseling.

• Maintain patient records, medical inventory, and reports.

• Operate and manage basic medical equipment in the MMU.

• Educate patients on hygiene, sanitation, and disease prevention.

• Assist in health awareness programs and emergency response.

• Ensure proper hygiene and sterilization of medical instruments and equipment.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Proficiency in basic nursing/paramedical procedures.

• Good communication and patient-handling skills.

• Ability to work in rural/field settings.

• Teamwork and emergency response capability.

• Willingness to travel as per project needs.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

• Experience in primary healthcare, community health, or rural healthcare is an advantage.

• Certified training in first aid, emergency response, or public health programs is preferred.
