Position Overview:
The Federation Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing the operations of Self-Help Group (SHG) federations, coordinating fieldwork activities, and supporting the overall growth and development of SHGs under the Chaitanya organization. The role requires a dynamic individual with strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills to strengthen SHG networks and drive sustainable community development.
Key Responsibilities:
SHG Management and Capacity Building:
Oversee the formation, nurturing, and capacity building of SHGs and their federations.
Conduct regular training sessions and workshops to strengthen SHG members’ financial literacy, governance, and leadership skills.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and processes within SHG operations.
Field Work:
Conduct regular field visits to SHGs and federations to monitor activities, provide guidance, and resolve issues.
Facilitate community meetings, grievance redressal, and conflict resolution within SHGs.
Build strong relationships with local communities, government bodies, and other stakeholders to foster collaboration.
Financial Oversight:
Monitor the financial health of SHGs and federations, ensuring proper utilization of funds and adherence to repayment schedules.
Support SHGs in linking with banks and other financial institutions for credit and other financial services.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Rural Development, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
1-2 years of experience in SHG management, federation operations, or community development.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
Ability to travel extensively to rural areas for fieldwork.
Experience in community mobilization, or livelihood programs is an added advantage.

2. Job Title: Regional Monitoring and System Analyst Officer
Position Overview:
The Regional Monitoring and System Analyst Officer is responsible for overseeing data collection, entry, and verification processes for federations in Jalgaon and Telhara. The role requires meticulous review and cross-verification of financial records, loan inquiries, and passbook entries to ensure accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Collection & Entry:
Collect and enter Weekly RP data for all federations in Nagar and Sinner.
Conduct weekly reviews of managers regarding data accuracy and submission.
Ensure timely and accurate data entry in Microlekha and Tally.
Financial Verification & Review:
Receive and analyze savings withdrawal inquiry reports from the District Monitoring Officer (DMO).
Cross-check loan inquiries exceeding INR 1 lakh received from DMO and verify whether actual visits were conducted.
Conduct quarterly passbook checks to ensure alignment with records.
Verify all manual financial records for accuracy and compliance.
Bank & Cash Reconciliation:
Perform verification of all data entries with bank records.
Ensure that cash in hand matches recorded transactions.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. (Master’s Preferred)
Proficiency in Tally and Microlekha software.
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
Prior experience in data management, financial verification, auditing microfinance or banking sector.
Ability to travel extensively to rural areas for fieldwork.
