• Minimum educational qualification: MA/MHW/MBA or equivalent in a relevant field.
• At least 3 years of experience in livelihood programs, rural development, or related fields.
Salary: Rs 25,000 – Rs 30,000 per month
Key Tasks:
• Design, implement, and oversee livelihood programs in alignment with SDF’s mission.
• Identify and develop sustainable livelihood opportunities for marginalized communities.
• Facilitate training programs on skill development, entrepreneurship, and financial literacy.
• Support the formation and strengthening of self-help groups (SHGs) and cooperatives.
• Collaborate with government agencies, financial institutions, and NGOs to enhance program reach.
• Monitor and evaluate project impact, ensuring objectives are met effectively.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to beneficiaries for income-generating activities.
• Conduct market research to identify viable economic opportunities for community members.
• Prepare project reports, documentation, and proposals for stakeholders and funders.
• Advocate for policies that support sustainable livelihood initiatives.
