Location: Gujarat, Maharashtra and Tamil Nadu (Remote working)
Reporting to: Senior Clinical Consultant
Ipas Development Foundation (IDF) has been working in India since 2001 to improve the sexual and reproductive health ecosystem in the country. In close collaboration with the national government and formal partnerships with state governments, we work in communities and with the public and private health systems to enhance access to sexual and reproductive health services, particularly comprehensive abortion care and choice-based contraception.

Who are we looking for?
The Clinical Consultant will be responsible to facilitate provider training alongside the Senior Clinical Consultant in a project focused on training private-sector gynecologists for contraceptive implant insertion and removal. The position requires a highly skilled professional with a degree in Nursing (BSc Nursing or MSc Nursing) and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in conducting clinical trainings, preferably in a program related to sexual and reproductive health. Candidate with excellent communication skills, experience in training documentation, familiarity with the state’s geography and fluency in the regional language, would be well suited for the role. The position involves extensive travel (up to 60%) to project areas.
What would you be expected to do?
The key responsibilities of the role are:
Facilitate training sessions on contraceptive implant insertion and removal in collaboration with the Senior Clinical Consultant in the assigned state.
Ensure all trainings adhere to standardized clinical protocols and quality benchmarks.
Identify challenges in training implementation and proactively recommend solutions.
Maintain training checklists and other required documentation.
Prepare and submit monthly training updates.
