Job Title: Junior Programme Officer (PRIA International Academy)
Location: New Delhi, India (Travel to project locations as required)
Academic Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree or above in relevant field
Professional Experience: 2-4 years of work experience, with least 1+ years of experience in documentation, writing and digital media
Salary: Competitive; commensurate to qualifications and experience
Contract Duration: 1 year (Extendable)

Job Purpose:
The candidate will be responsible for supporting various services part of PRIA’s education wing, the PRIA International Academy (PIA). In particular, the candidate will support the preparatory work and launch of PIA’s revamped services part of the new business plan for 2025-28. Moreover, the candidate will lead the documentation and communication roles of PIA. Key roles of the candidate will include:
• Supporting the delivery of PIA’s service streams, in coordination with the PIA core team
• Leading the communications, documentation, and digital media for PIA
• Coordinating with various teams at PRIA to ensure smooth operations of PIA
Knowledge & Skills:
• Excellent Written English & Hindi Communication skills
• Strong Planning & Organisational skills
• Project administration
• Digital media
• Knowledge of Participatory Methodologies
