Designation: Coordinator (Documentation & Communication)
Location: Vadodara, with travel to other Project Locations.
Salary for Full Time: 35,000/-(Negotiable)
Qualification: Master in journalism/Mass communication/Social Work
Experience: Minimum 3-5 Years of relevant post-qualification professional experience in documentation. Proficiency in English Writing preferred.
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Production of high-quality reports/content-Project Reports, Annual Report, website content, social media content.
2. Manage and update all of organisation’s communications channels regularly, including the website and social media accounts.
3. Support program communication and reporting.
4. Ensure regular maintenance of the website with new and consistent information.
5. Provide training to project teams on designing relevant communications materials.
6. Proposal writing and resource mobilisation.
7. Networking for resource mapping, local fundraising relevant communication materials.
8. Proposal writing and resource mobilization.
9. Networking for resource mapping, local fundraising, sponsorships, volunteer and intern identification, and partnership with universities and other knowledge partners.
10. Enhance organizational visibility by writing about our programs and leanings.
11. Field visit to understand programs and develop case studies.
