Requirements:
• A Master's degree in Development Communication or Social Work.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a relevant field, preferably within an NGO setting.
• Proficiency in written and verbal communication in English and Gujarati is must
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement communication strategies to effectively convey our organization's mission and impact.
• Create compelling written and visual content for various platforms including websites, social media, newsletters, proposals and reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather information and stories highlighting our projects and initiatives.
• Manage documentation processes, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with organizational standards.
• Represent the organization in meetings, conferences, and other events as needed.
