Ability Foundation, located in Chennai, is currently seeking applications for the position of Programme Manager.

BACKGROUND:

Ability Foundation is a national non-governmental organization based in Chennai, dedicated to advocating for the rights and empowerment of individuals with disabilities. Our focus lies in promoting inclusion, non-discrimination, and providing equal opportunities in all spheres of life.

THE POSITION:

We are looking for a Programme Manager who is a post graduate with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in the disability sector. This challenging mid-level managerial role involves the implementation of our innovative programs. The responsibilities include engaging with external stakeholders, delivering presentations, and overseeing program execution.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

The ideal candidate must possess strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal, as well as proficiency in presentation techniques. Additionally, a good grasp of computer usage is necessary. Being a team player who enjoys interacting with others is key.
