Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Peer Educator at Sakaar Outreach. As a Peer Educator, you will be responsible for conducting educational programs and workshops, providing counseling and support to individuals, and facilitating community outreach initiatives. You will collaborate with a team of professionals and volunteers to create and implement effective education and awareness campaigns.

Qualifications

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Passion for community development and social work

Experience in conducting educational programs and workshops

Empathy and understanding towards vulnerable populations

Knowledge of HIV/AIDS prevention and awareness

Strong organizational and time management skills

Ability to work effectively in a team setting

Fluency in regional/local languages

Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, or a related field
