Title: Programme Incharge

Work Type: Full time, Hybrid model (some days work from home, some days at office in Gurgaon)

Office Location: Gurgaon (candidate should be based in Delhi or Gurgaon as travelling to office will be necessary)

About the Projects: HRhelpdesk Trust runs 2 key projects namely, MahilaBol, that is awareness about women work rights and womenhelpline, that is, India’s Largest database of women helpline numbers. We are a young NGO that is executing it’s plans by the vision of a committed social activist and is self-funded, uses volunteering and technology to achieve it’s objectives.

Job Role: We are looking at an individual who believes in our cause, feels that can operate as an individual contributor, (with the help of volunteers, if needed) and create an impact on the stated projects. The key expectation would be to build a plan, get it approved, implement it by raising fund (if needed) and engaging volunteers (if needed). We believe that the incumbent should be able to engage in a discussion  with us and talk about the ultimate outcome, that is, number of lives impacted.

Qualifications: You should be a Graduate, should have knowledge of Microsoft office, know how to operate social media design tools like adobe or canva and have good command of English and one other Indian officially recognised language.
