HR Associate Job Description Template
We are looking to hire an HR associate as a Generalist in HR function.
The HR Associate will be working on various tasks associated with the HR function.
We expect the candidate to have good oral and written communication skills, good interpersonal skills, and a reasonable understanding of basic HR practices. The right candidate will have the willingness to learn, work hard and develop into a well-organized, efficient, and approachable resource for the employees and a trustworthy asset for the HR function and the Management.
HR Associate Responsibilities:
• Hiring Activities from sourcing to offer issue to onboarding candidates.
• Managing HR records including, résumés, and employee documents.
• Issuing employment contracts and verifying completion.
• Conducting HR Induction
• Responding to HR-related queries within the company.
• Maintaining employee confidentiality.
• Payroll processing tasks
• HRIS related tasks
• Attending functional and organizational meetings
• Any other required HR task allotted by the HR Head and the Organization
HR Associate Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably with an MBA with Human Resources as the elective.
• Work Experience of 1-2 years in Human Resources dept.
• Knowledge of HRIS and Email systems.
• Time and Task Management
• Proficiency in MS Office tools like Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
We are looking immediate joiner preferred and Resident of Blore
