Centre for Social Justice is a socio-legal, Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) initiated by the Institute for Development Education and Learning (IDEAL). CSJ is one of the first organisations of its kind in India that uses the judicial system to fight for the rights of marginalised people. CSJ’s work with access to justice requires professionals with strong communications skills and a strong belief in collective working to manage our various programmes. We are looking for following positions:- 

1. Position: Programme Manager

Location: Dang, Gujarat

Roles and Responsibilities:

Data Management: Oversee the collection, organization, and analysis of program data to ensure accurate reporting and informed decision-making.

Coordination: Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members, stakeholders, and partners.

Team Building: Lead and develop a cohesive team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Report Writing: Prepare comprehensive reports on program activities, outcomes, and impacts for internal and external stakeholders.

Event Management: Plan and execute program-related events, workshops, and trainings.

Travel: Willingness to travel to various locations in South Gujarat as required.

Qualifications:

Minimum of five years of experience in managing livelihood, rights-based programs, youth programs, vocational training, or eco-tourism initiatives.

2. Position: Management Trainee

Location: Ahmedabad

Qualifications:

Degree in Management or Social Sciences.

Skills Required:

Proficiency in Advanced Excel

Financial Management

Report Writing

Data Analysis

Computer Literacy

Strong Mathematical Abilities
