Job Description

We seek a dedicated and experienced Vocational Trainer and Resource Mobilizer to join our team. This role involves undergoing initial training to prepare for conducting training sessions for candidates across various trades and job roles. The position requires the trainer to handle assessments, examinations, enrollments, and registrations.

Key Responsibilities

Training Delivery

Participate in an initial training program to gain the necessary skills and knowledge for training candidates.

Conduct comprehensive training sessions for candidates in various trades and job roles.

Use diverse training methods and materials to facilitate learning and engagement.

Assessment and Examination

Prepare and administer assessments to evaluate candidates' knowledge and skills.

Oversee examinations, ensuring they are conducted fairly and accurately.

Provide constructive feedback to candidates based on their performance.

Enrollment and Registration

Manage the enrollment process for new candidates.

Ensure all candidates are properly registered for their respective courses and examinations.

Maintain accurate records of enrollment and registration data.

Resource Mobilization

Identify and secure necessary resources for effective training delivery.

Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the availability of training materials and facilities.

Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and organizations to enhance training programs.

Monitoring and Reporting

Track and report on the progress of candidates throughout the training program.

Prepare and submit regular reports on training activities, assessments, and outcomes.

Use feedback and data to improve training methods and materials continuously.

Support and Guidance

Provide support and guidance to candidates throughout their training journey.

Address any issues or concerns that arise during training sessions.

Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Qualifications

Education: A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Experience: Proven experience in vocational training, education, or a related field.

Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, organizational abilities, and proficiency in using training and assessment tools.

Other Requirements: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, flexibility to adapt to changing training needs, and a commitment to continuous professional development.

Work Schedule and Compensation

Hours: 8-hour training sessions, Monday to Saturday. Sundays are off.

Salary: Up to INR 15,000 per month.
