Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver training programs to community members using various training tools.

Undertake daily field visits to villages for community mobilization, deliver training, and achieve final linkage outcomes.

Conduct regular field visits to all 3 blocks of centers to check the quality of training, understand the impact of the program on the ground, and audit some samples of the data recorded in the MIS portal.

Support Block Functionaries in achieving end outcome indicators in terms of linkages, village coverage, and beneficiary outreach.

Stakeholder Engagement:

Build positive rapport and work closely with key local stakeholders like PRI members, community influencers, and financial service providers.

Participate in meetings with key stakeholders – BLBCs and DLRCs – to present quarterly progress with sponsor banks as well as in meetings with other local stakeholders like PRI, community influencers, etc.

Reporting and Documentation:

Immediately report any issues and challenges observed in the field to the reporting manager.

Compile and submit all bills on a monthly basis from all the CFL blocks.

Be responsible for comprehensive documentation and ensure adherence to all agreed protocols during implementation.

Prepare and submit progress reports on the CFL Centre’s activities to the Regional Head.

Education/Qualification

Training Higher Secondary passed in any discipline with an understanding of social/development issues of the villages.

Experience

Minimum 2 years of experience in working with any organization related to community outreach and mobilization roles.

Experience working with government agencies, NGOs, or financial institutions.

Familiarity with financial literacy and inclusion initiatives.

Skills

Comfortable with the use of smartphones.

Openness to learning and working as a good team member.

Demonstrates the highest standards of work ethics and integrity.

Proficiency in English and Hindi is required; knowledge of local languages is desirable.

Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Willingness to travel within the district.

Requirements  Own motorcycle/scooter and a valid driving license
