Request for Proposal (RFP) Curriculum Development and Pilot Training
The SLMC Project is a five-year program implemented by Winrock International and funded by USAID.
Winrock International invites proposals from qualified firms with experience in curriculum development and Training in Forestry, Landscape Management and Conservation, and Natural Resource Management activities. Qualified firms are those that have been involved in similar projects in the past, particularly within the last five years. Winrock International has engaged IDCG to service this RFP.
Objective
SLMC project aims to develop a training curriculum on Landscape Management and Conservation, “SLMC has developed a draft framework for the training curriculum which will be refined in consultation with leading experts, policy makers, institutions, and field practitioners. Inputs and suggestions on planned modules, module content, training delivery, duration and target audience collected from these consultation meetings will be incorporated into the draft curriculum and will be presented during the Curriculum Development Workshop for finalization. SLMC aims to organise a pilot training for Indian Forest Service Probationers in Indira Gandhi National Forest Academy (IGNFA) to test, validate and improve the training curriculum.”
Interested parties may submit their proposals in two parts, part1 being Technical Proposal and part2 as Financial Proposal as per the guidelines mentioned in the RFP document, the proposal may be submitted online at info@slmcindia.org as per the timelines mentioned in the schedule of events.
