Sraddha Sanjeevani Child Care Home (SSCCH) – a Child Care Institution exclusively established for the HIV infected orphan and vulnerable children in the year 2007 by the District Administration, Ganjam, Odisha. A well-equipped and reputed CCI in the state of Odisha offers asylum to HIV infected children now invites application for the position of

SUPERINTENDENT

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:

Master’s Degree in Social Work / Sociology, Anthropology, Psychology or any other related field of humanities / MBA (HR) and familiarities with computer. Minimum 5 years of working experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Planning, implementation, coordination of all institutional activities, programmes and operations

2. Maintenance minimum standard in home

3. Monitor children activities, supervise discipline and moral wellbeing

4. Allocate and monitor duties to personnel engaged, personal welfare and staff wellbeing

5. Budget preparation and control over finance matters

6. Daily office and home administration

7. Ensuring food quality

8. Prompt action to meet emergencies

9. Take steps for improvement of children in academic, cultural and sports field.

10. Skill building and rehabilitation measures for children

AGE LIMIT:

Minimum age of the candidate is 21 years and upper age limit 45 years. Candidates with similar experience or experience in HIV sector may be considered for age relaxation.

REMUNERATION:

Monthly remuneration would be Rs. 33000 with other benefits as per the rules of the organisation and budgetary provisions.
