CHILD WELFARE OFFICER

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:

Master Degree in Social Work / Sociology / Anthropology / Psychology and other related fields of humanities. 3-5 years of experience in development sector / HIV Sector / CCIs. Familiarity with JJ Act 2015 & HIV&AIDS Prevention and Control Act 2017 is essential. The candidate has to travel extensively and requires a valid driving license.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. To work according to JJ Act 2015 & HIV&AIDS Prevention and Control Act 2017

2. To make inquiries and maintain details of children

3. To maintain case diary of each child

4. To maintain ICP & SIR of children

5. Periodical visit to the resident of children

6. To visit school to understand children study and progress and make suggestions

7. Linkage with NGOs to facilitate rehabilitation of the children

8. Ensure children living standard and their ability to deal with institutional life

9. Plan withdrawal strategy for every child and linkages for rehabilitation

AGE LIMIT:

Minimum age of the candidate is 21 years and upper age limit 45 years.

REMUNERATION:

Monthly remuneration would be Rs. 23000 with other benefits as per the rules of the organisation and budgetary provisions.
